Terms and Conditions of Working Together

By booking a consultation with Sarah Lewis @Vibrant Soul you agree to the terms listed below:

Cancellations: I appreciate that sometimes last-minute cancellations can’t be helped but where possible, please give 24 hours notice.

Delays: Should you run late for an appointment, I may have to shorten the consultation by the time of the delay. In some cases, it may no longer be feasible to start the session in which case it will be rescheduled.

Payment: Full payment is expected on the day of your appointment or within 48 hours. Further appointments will not be booked until full payment has been received from a previous appointment.  

Pricing: I review my pricing structure annually. You will be informed a month in advance of any increase that affects you.

The Consultation:  I work in a variety of settings.

• For video consultations, a link will be sent to join a video meeting via zoom. It is also possible to use WhatsApp if this is preferable. If for any reason connection is disrupted, we will find another way to communicate. Please check your emails before our consultation is about to start.
• Home Visits can be offered in some cases. These are subject to need and distance which will be discussed with you prior to booking.
• Home Clinic – I do see patients in my own home in Crediton, Devon by appointment only.
• Clinic Rooms – there are various spaces. This option will be discussed prior to you booking.

Contact between consultations:   This will be discussed at your consultation.  I might ask for email / phone call updates in-between consultations if needed.

Any treatments provided by Sarah Lewis do not replace Accident and Emergency Care: If you need emergency health care please contact your Doctor or Emergency Services.

Health Notes:  I am required by law to keep your consultation notes for 7 years. These will not be shared with anyone unless the law requires the submission of information for the protection of life.

Confidentiality: I will not share your details with anyone unless I have your permission and it directly benefits your treatment. I abide by the Code of Conduct set out by the following:

• The Society of Homeopaths
• The Beauty Guild
• ANLP (The Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming)
• Holistic Insurances

 

Emails:  When you book a consultation with me, your email address will be added to my client list so that contact can be made regarding your consultations and treatment, news and courses, and any other learning resources I may provide.  You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.

Technology: The use of Internet, Video Calls, WhatsApp, emails or telephone calls are essential communication tools.  I take every precaution reasonably possible to ensure the privacy of your information but it cannot be guaranteed across these technologies.

*Specific to Homeopathic Treatment

Pharmacy: A prescription will be sent to the address you provide within 48 hours following the consultation. You will be informed on any further wait where a remedy needs to be ordered first. *Patients outside of the UK will be sent a prescription and details of a supplier via email for the remedy(s) that need to be purchased. You can use a different supplier if you wish. 

Acute / First Aid Prescribing: If the need arises, acute consultations can take place to discuss taking other remedies to help with other health issues that may arise during the course of your treatment. These are charged separately.

Homeopathy alongside mainstream healthcare: Homeopathy works well alongside mainstream healthcare programs and medications.  You will not be asked to come off any medications during your treatment.

Documentation: You might be asked to provide photographs, if appropriate, to help determine the right remedy. This can be discussed during your consultation. You are under no obligation to provide such material, but it may prove useful to your treatment.
